Refund Policy

1. Unused credit packs

Request a full refund of a completely unused credit pack within seven days of purchase. Include your account email and order ID. If a task has reserved credits, we first reconcile that task to determine the unused amount. Consumed credits are normally non-refundable, subject to billing corrections, non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights.

2. Failed generations and billing errors

Confirmed technical failures release reserved credits. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. An uncertain provider submission is investigated before settlement to avoid duplicate charges. Duplicate payments and verified billing errors are eligible for correction or refund. A separately requested variation of a successful video is a new generation.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@bestairapvideo.com with your account email, order ID and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved cash refunds are normally processed through the original payment provider within five to ten business days; bank posting times may vary. Eligible credits are held while the refund is processed so they cannot also be spent.

4. Consumer rights and service closure

Mandatory statutory remedies and applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected. We do not automatically treat first use as a waiver of every withdrawal right. If we permanently discontinue paid service or terminate an account for reasons other than the customer’s breach, unused purchased credits will be refunded.
