Account, video and payment questions
For a video that is still processing, check My creations before submitting again. An uncertain task is checked against the original request; starting another video can create a separate paid task when generation is available.
For refunds, include the order reference and the reason for your request. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and response targets.
Online checkout is being finalized. You can review credit packs, but purchases cannot be completed yet.
Balances issued before paid launch are for evaluation and do not represent a payment.
Privacy and content reports
Use the same email for privacy requests and reports about unauthorized likeness use, impersonation or infringement. For a content report, include the task reference, a description and evidence of your rights where relevant. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary sensitive information. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes the reporting and review process.
