Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and permitted use

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to photographs, recordings, instructions, generated videos and use of Best AI Rap Video. Junvello Digital operates the service. Users and depicted subjects must be adults. Use only your own material or material for which you have explicit permission. Permission does not authorize prohibited content. Label synthetic performances as AI-generated and never present them as authentic recordings.

2. Prohibited content — six categories

Pornography / NSFW: no nudity, sexually explicit or sexually exploitative material, sexual services or non-consensual intimate content.

Violence / gore: no graphic injury, torture, extreme gore, threats, glorification of terrorism or instructions facilitating violent harm or weapons of mass destruction.

Hate speech: no dehumanization, discriminatory harassment, extremist recruitment or incitement to hatred or violence against protected groups.

Child safety / CSAM: no child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation or other content endangering children. This prohibition includes fictional or AI-generated depictions. Do not upload children’s photographs.

Deepfakes / impersonation: no unauthorized use of another person’s face, photograph or voice; no voice cloning, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, fabricated statements or conduct, face-swap abuse or intimate-image synthesis. Consent does not make harmful or deceptive deepfakes acceptable. Authorized creative scenes must be clearly synthetic and must not mislead viewers about real events.

Copyright / trademark infringement: no unauthorized copyrighted photographs, recordings, music, characters, logos or trademarks, and no false suggestion of a person’s or brand’s endorsement. Ownership of a photograph alone does not establish permission from its subject.

3. Content review and safeguards

Our service uses third-party AI models. Model information is disclosed in our Terms of Service. Junvello Digital is an independent service and does not claim endorsement by model providers.

We use automated input safety checks and provider safety controls. A failed or unavailable mandatory safety check blocks submission. Automated checks can miss violations; provider safety settings are not a guarantee that every frame has been independently reviewed.

We have not yet validated an independent automated review of complete video outputs. Before paid generation opens, input and output safety checks must be validated. We do not claim a staffed 24/7 moderation team or universal manual preapproval. Reports are reviewed manually by the operator, including relevant inputs, output and task records where available and necessary.

4. Reporting

Report content, impersonation, child-safety concerns or intellectual-property infringement to support@bestairapvideo.com with subject “Content report”. Include a task ID or URL, the category, a description and evidence of your rights or authority where relevant. Do not email CSAM, intimate images or unnecessary sensitive information; provide identifiers instead. Our email is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger.

5. Review process

We record the report, assess urgency, locate available content and records, and review the claim against this policy. Credible severe reports may lead to temporary access restrictions while investigated. We may request additional information from the reporter or account holder. We then decide and apply proportionate action and notify affected parties where appropriate and lawful. Reporter information is restricted to people handling the report and lawful disclosures; absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and provide an initial decision within seven business days. Credible child-safety or imminent-harm reports are prioritized as soon as identified. If additional investigation is needed, we explain the delay where practicable. These are response targets, not a promise of continuous monitoring.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, evidence and repeated abuse, we may reject a request, issue a warning, restrict access to or remove violating media, suspend an account, permanently terminate access, or preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful authorities. Serious child exploitation, terrorism or other suspected crimes may be referred to competent authorities as required by law.

Suspension may prevent spending credits during review. Account closure and refunds follow our Terms and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. We do not automatically confiscate or zero purchased credits as a penalty. Removing media does not erase transaction records, and previously issued signed links may remain usable until expiry.

7. Appeals and updates

Appeal an action within thirty days by emailing support@bestairapvideo.com with subject “Content appeal”, the task or account reference and supporting explanation. The operator reconsiders the evidence and aims to respond within ten business days. We do not promise a separate review team. Material changes are announced at least fifteen days before taking effect unless legal or urgent safety requirements require earlier action.
